Just give up and go back to Germany. Punks.

I’d love to drive a Cadillac. Shame I still haven’t gotten my boating license.
(Hurr durr)

Nah I’ll keep my V10.

It’ll make a nice table.

A view to get acquainted with.

It’s pretty. How’s it compare to the E63?

By being better.

Not even BMW will keep your V10.

_ listen here you little shit.

Ooooh man. That was a sick burn.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:02 |

No. YOU listen to ME, little shit. The days of German badge superiority are better. Cadillac is back to rule over the luxury market. German quality is a myth. The facade is cracking. Sit down, shut up, and enjoy watching the Germans be sent back to a small niche market.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:02 |

Give it to the ATS!
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:04 |

Ugh. No. I HIGHLY dislike that car. It is way too cramped for me to enjoy.

Gotta admit America is much better at making aircraft carriers than Germany is.

Words cannot describe how hilariously last year those are.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:15 |

Give up what? Cadillac’s are for old people.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:17 |

10/10 would own once heavily depreciated. And I WOULD chose it over an E63 or F10 M5, even tho both a fantastic cars.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:20 |

Yeah and in 20 years, once they’re rattling apart, BMWs are for dumb teenagers who think Jalopnik knows what they’re talking about.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:21 |
|
Yeah but the CTS is fantasticer
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:22 |
|
No doubt about that, but at least you don’t have to wait until your old enough to play bridge to look good in one.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:27 |

Have yet to experience one unfortunately, but I doubt it would feel cramped for me. The new CTS-V seems so boat’ish.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 14:41 |

Far behind both the new M5, the old CTS-V and the new CTS-V
![]() 06/02/2015 at 15:32 |

Why is everyone saying that?! It seems like the perfect luxury super sedan, size and proportion wise.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 15:33 |

I didn't.

I liked how sporty and aggressive the Gen 2 was. Pretty much what the ATS-V is now but with more V8. I assume people are saying that because it did increase in size; not as wide but longer.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 16:39 |

I'm pretty sure the new one is lighter though...

X-CUSE ME?
![]() 06/02/2015 at 16:43 |

That’s understandable because it’s a new platform but weight doesn’t matter if it handles like an Audi.
![]() 06/02/2015 at 16:43 |

Regardless the Germans outsell Cadillac by a large margin in the United States. So while the age demographic is subjective...the sales numbers are not. Also German cars are know for being “tight” as much as they are known for being expensive to fix. I’ve driven brand new GM products that rattle more than any German car I’ve owned. If the CTS-V is so well loved outside of jalop/oppo lets see them sell some to consumers who would other wise buy an E63, M5, or whatever Audi has got on the CTS-V.

You can keep talking all you want. Won't change the fact that I think German cars and their fans are a bunch of arrogant douchecanoes, and that nothing you say will ever change my thinking.

No you! By simply saying “ew” I never implied anything else besides that. Maybe I don't like cumin!

I don’t think this is going to:
A) Sell 1/10th of whatever the worst selling German equivalent sells. (RS6/M5/E63)
B) Hold it’s value ANYWHERE near as any of the Germans.
C) Have any more impact in car culture or be more relevant than the last 2 versions were (though I understand they were fantastic and I love them both)
The V treatment does make it look somewhat decent, though I dislike the normal one quite a bit...

The days of German badge superiority are better.
There you have it everyone, straight from the horses’s mouth. It was better when the Germans ran things.

Just because a childish mod edited my words doesn’t mean that that’s my original statement......

Darn.
Maybe it was the same childish mod who switched my picture of a beautiful S6 for that of an icky Seville.
